Since you’ve only recently reconnected, then don’t expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: Is Your Ex Moving On? (How To Tell) But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you’re not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It’s time to re-assess those and see what’s working versus what’s not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you’re letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to know that you’re on the right track. Never beg for an ex back because that’s the surest way to fail. You should be able to find lots of information on how to get your ex back on my channel here, so check out my Youtube videos, too.
Given your situation, I suggest you employ the tips here, for starters: You’ll Never Get Your Ex Back Unless You Do THIS.

He begged me to spend time with him a month ago so I spent the night with him for a weekend but after that weekend we got into a huge argument & I blocked him & we didn’t talk for three weeks. Just on Sunday he went on a date with what I feel like is a rebound girl & he posted it on his Snapchat. I called him crying asking how could he move on so fast but he said the only reason he did it is because he was insecure & didn’t talk to me for 3 weeks & was scared that I was out dating other guys which is why he did what he did. I begged for him back but he said that he’s in a good place right now. I don’t know what to do. I packed all his things & mailed them back to him. Please give me some advice. Thanks

Since you’ve already completed the full 30-day “no contact” rule, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: How To Talk To Your Ex Again – Establishing Communication With Your Ex This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It’s too complicated to explain everything on here, but here’s an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: How To Get Your Ex Back (Step-By-Step Guide To Reversing A Breakup) Good luck!

Well, keep in mind that the new guy/girl isn’t you and if your relationship had been particularly good for the most part, then you can use that knowledge to your advantage. Your ex is likely rebounding, especially if yours had been a long-term or serious relationship. Watch these first: Signs Your Ex’s Rebound Relationship Will Fail
and Is Your Ex Dating Someone New? That Could Help You Win Them Back
But don’t rely on that fact alone. Learn to play your cards right as well. Start with the 30-day “no contact” rule. Good luck!

Hey there Brad. I have watched some of your videos and found them quite helpful. Thank you for that.
My ex started seeing someone 2 weeks before our breakup ( she told me she is when she broke up with me).
The guy she is with, I also figured out had a recent break up with his girlfriend of 3 years. Now my ex and this guy have been going out for 2 months and they seem to be happy. I have implemented No Contact since our breakup 2 months ago. I haven’t said a word. She constantly checks my social media.

What do you thing I should do. Should I break No Contact now?

We’d beeb together for 2 years.i tried to convince her for the first 3days ,but it didn’t work. After that i tried to accept that we are no longer together, she said that we can still be friend and she will still be there if i need support and care. We still regurarly texting, even tough she is so cold.last week i went on a date with her and i felt she was hot and cold at that day. Now, i have figured out that she is trying to move on by dating a new guy. She said that she doesnt have feeling for this guy, but is trying to know him more. She has dated him for dinner for a couple of times right after we broke up and she said that she is comfortable with him as this guy can guide her ( she is a type of girl who is need to be guide). This guy is aggresively chasing her right after we broke up. She has known him for 4 months, and i knew 2 months before we broke up that he was trying to get her. Is she in a rebound relationship? Should i apply the no contact rules? Please help me brad. Is there any chance for me to get her back?

You said 3-5 weeks. I feel like you cant put a time frame on rebounds because they’re an emotional state of mind! My ex cheated on me with someone else at the end of our relationship and 5 weeks later dumped her and begged for me back. I did….and five months later he broke up with me saying he didnt know what he wanted only to start dating that other girl again two weeks later. Full speed. Its 3.5 months now. He asked to see me about 6 weeks ago to apologize and tell me he loves me but doesnt know what to do because he will again be the bad guy if he breaks up with her again. I said, how about trying to be alone then!? Hugged me goodbye and said he loved me again, followed by a few texts that night. Havent heard from him since….
