So my girlfriend dumped me 2 days after this past Christmas and we haven’t talked for about a week. I’ve had a lot of trouble sleeping and keeping my mind focused when I’m at work. The thing is, I didn’t react the best to this news from her and expressed to her how heartbroken, angry I was and tried to remind her of the good times we’ve had. She acknowledged we had a lot of good times together, that she was sad too, but said she really needs to get her life together and figure out what’s the best thing for her right now. This was the last message she had sent to me. I really want to fix things with her because she means the whole world to me and it still pains me that she is gone. I’ve talked to a couple of friends and they think she might just be overwhelmed with stress right now and a lot being on her plate, that she probably just needed this time to sort everything out by ending the relationship. We’ve had minor but never any major issues/arguments with each other which gives me hope.
